Greencity Development provides a full scope of General Contractor services: 

Pre-Construction: 

• Assist developers during the feasibility study 

• Lead construction budget development 

• Facilitate communication with the bank to obtain construction loans and administer loan draws. 

• Performing value engineering to ensure the project is designed most economically, with the work being carefully sequenced to reduce costs while improving the construction schedule 

• Obtaining and managing construction permitting.

CONSTRUCTION: 

• Building projects per the schedule and within budget is a high priority.

• Building complex infill projects requires shoring, ingenuity, constant communication, and diplomacy with all stakeholders. 

• Managing and operating in-house excavation crews to perform land development, foundation excavation, underground utilities, and street work
